新北市中和區15日發生槍擊案，歹徒開槍使用的改造手槍是「金牛座JP-915款」款式的模型手槍改造，中市刑大科偵組網路巡邏，發現有賣家涉嫌先在網路購買相關零件，改裝後再以1把3.5萬至4萬元價格兜售。

中市刑大科偵組認為，此款模型改造手槍疑在黑市交易熱門，前天完成蒐證後，前往賣家位於高雄市前鎮區的住處逮人。

警方搜索，卻發現涉嫌改槍、賣槍者是一名19歲的梁姓輟學生，學歷只有國中畢業，現場起獲1把改造手槍，步槍、手槍子彈多發，及改槍工具等。

梁男偵訊時辯稱，改造手槍技術都從網路自學，自己有興趣，沒有在網路兜售；全案昨詢後移送高雄地檢署複訊。
